At Roatan ATV Adventure, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and accommodating.

Cancellation by the Customer

  1. More than 48 hours before the tour: Full refund.
  2. 24 to 48 hours before the tour: 50% refund.
  3. Less than 24 hours before the tour or no-show: No refund.

To cancel a reservation, please contact us via email or phone with your booking details.

Cancellation by Roatan ATV Adventure

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to:
  1. Unsafe weather conditions

In such cases, customers will be offered:

  1. A full refund
  2. Rescheduling of the tour
